I visited the center today after calling them yesterday to check on the amount for the 5 blood test I was suggested by my gynaecologist. My Dr. referred me to them as I don't have medical insurance and she said they will offer you some discount on the same. On calling yesterday late afternoon the lady on front desk took the name of 5 test and told me that the total comes 600 aed and when I mentioned about my dr reference and asked about discount, she quoted final amount payable as 530 aed and told to come today after 9am. On my visit today the lady at front desk said 600 aed is the final amount and qe don't give discount as that discussion is take by their doctor. When I told her that one of your colleague gave me 530 aed as discounted amount she called her in house doctor and later said madam 600 AED is the discounted price. Looks like the only thing they are good at is giving wrong information, denying and then finally lying. I came back wasting my 1 and half hour commuting and waiting their. Very unprofessional.
