The personnel at Radisson Red and Mr. Balu, the hall in charge, did an outstanding job organizing our daughter's first birthday celebration, which we had at the hotel. The catering crew was excellent and really courteous. Bravo to the staff management team for creating a wonderful experience for our occasion.

Never again. I had to better price at more reputable hotel and she match it. The only reason we came because it was close to work. The welcome announcement was not posted as promised. The technical person took him half an hour to fix their system. The person who was assisting us at Lunch time was unpleasant we were served uncooked biryani meat. They are not professional to my standards.

We did not stay in RED Radisson however we celebrated our company event in their Meeting Hub (Smart Cube) last 12th of May for 160 guests. We would like to thank everyone from Ms. Josephine and Mr. Balu to for guiding us and accommodating our request, along with the team who made it easy for us. It was smooth process. The equipment's used and the venue was perfect. We didn't encounter any problem and even if we did there are technicians/engineers who are ready to guide us from mics to lights. We just have one suggestion: try to have a female attendant during the event to assist guest (we noticed its all-male). I would recommend the meeting hub of Radisson RED for any events, it's really worth it!
