I had an interview at Melodica Music and Dance Institute, and I met one of the best HR team I have ever met. Dear Anne! You deserve a 5 star 🌟 rating because your very professional in your job. However, I didn't take the offer because i had moved on with another offer but I will never forget my interview process with Anne because she made me very comfortable when I was nervous, she could see my potential and I promise I was going to make you proud 🥰🤗

Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. They exploit employees, work you to the bone, and then refuse to pay, following their so-called terms and conditions that they never inform you of beforehand. They’ll promise to sort out your visa but will wait until it expires, leaving you with penalties. Awful management with zero understanding of work ethics. The only positives were the teachers and FDs—everyone else, especially HR and management, is completely incompetent. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from them!!!

I have very bad experience with Melodica Motor City branch. I was asked to be in touch with the Headoffice team by sending an email to hapiness@melodica.ae, I did sent an email and no response for weeks. I am expecting Trinity exam certificate for my son since April 2024, they are no able to give any solid update. I am attending guitar classes, the teacher changed 3 times, no accountability whatsoever. I don’t know the experience of others but mine is horrible. There is no customer centric approach and I feel they don’t care because they thinks whatever they do with students, they can bounce back.

I was aware that company itself isn't very good. But anyway I bought a product online from them 12 days ago, they took the money, and besides instant purchase confirmation email I didn't hear from them since. Called customer service multiple times, but they have call center for lessons only, and keep saying that they will follow up with online sales, but still nothing. Don't buy anything from them, the worst service ever!

Teachers are good, Management is the worse. Melodica keeps charging money for everything post sign up in the pretext of internal exams, cancelled classes, concerts. If the students goes sick, they need a notification 24 hours before otherwise they will charge extra. If the teacher goes sick in, the other case, they cancel the class the same day need not be 24 hours prior. The customer service is extremely poor, because they keep forwarding the calls from one department to the another until you give up.
