Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought a double bass from Melodica Music—a huge and expensive purchase—and it arrived incomplete, with a missing piece that makes it completely unusable. It has now been over a month, and the instrument is still lying unassembled in my living room. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls back. Every time I reach out, I get passed from one unhelpful employee to another, each saying “it’s not my job.” One even had the nerve to say that they’re not responsible to come fix it. When I ask for a manager or someone to actually help, I’m told, “We’ll send an email,” as if that magically solves anything. Apparently, they don’t even have a number you can call to speak to someone who takes responsibility. The customer service is beyond horrible—it’s nonexistent. I’ve never encountered a business that treats a paying customer with such utter disregard after a major purchase. No follow-up, no help, no apology—nothing. I strongly advise anyone considering buying an instrument from Melodica to think twice. If something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. Once they take your money, you’re invisible. Melodica, fix this. Or I’ll keep making sure people know exactly how badly you treat your customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. I placed an order (#5219) with the hope of gifting something special to someone important to me. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I received my order on March 15, but the bag that was supposed to be included was missing. After waiting for weeks, I finally received a replacement bag on March 28, only to find that it was the wrong size and cannot even fit the ukulele. This entire process has been incredibly inconvenient, and I am left feeling completely let down by the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. To make matters worse, I have requested a refund, but the customer service has been non-existent. I cannot get a response from anyone, and my phone calls have gone unanswered. I will not be purchasing from here again and would not recommend this company to others.

I had an older Steinway & Sons upright piano for repair. Told them that i have all the spare parts available. I needed to pay 415AED for the inspection and quote. I paid. A guy came,..... waked in,...... looked at it for 2 minutes, and told me: i can't repair, and left......😄😄😄 what a joke...

We were satisfied with the classes until summer break when their teacher went on vacation without any prior notice and the scheduling of the classes was all messed up. The new teacher started teaching in his own style, undermining the previous teachers methods. Leaves the student a bit confused. I wish it was considered from students and parent’s perspective when they make such changes.

Beware!! I ordered a violin from this website and the experience was horrible! First of all I ordered my package 7 days ago and I still didn’t receive it I complained 3 days ago and they kept saying that I will receive it tomorrow! First of all Melodica did not respond to texts and said I should just tell the delivery guy and Customer service isn’t even a thing! They couldn’t help me at all even though my package was late! I’m super disappointed at this website. And I will never order again!
