Awesome suitcases and they have always serviced the suitcases, have been using Mendoza over 6 years and they extremely rugged suitcases , easy to move around and very reliable , the photo shows how much it has been used !

We recently went to Mendoza Luggages in Dubai Mall to have our Mendoza Seahawk and GHQ trolley bags serviced and we are so happy that we purchased those lagguages from them.. We purchased our luggages when Mendoza Lugages still has a branch in IBN Battuta mall... and that was 8 or 10 years ago... Immagine my surprise when i called them and asked them if i can still have our trolleys serviced , and they said yes🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Using these luggages for 10 years before being serviced is realy amazing....the durability / toughness, easy use, huge space but not too heavy and knowing that my belongings are safe feature is worth the money we spend. Their staff and store manager/supervisor are very polite and very approachable and will recomend items that fits your needs. We highly recomend this shop and if google will only allow me to give 10⭐ ratings, i will give them 10⭐😁😁😁😁 (reason for buying: safety and security especialy during those times when customs officers / airport security in our country will put prohibited items in passengers check-in or hand carry lagguages to extort them...you can guess which airport im talking about🤣🤣 )...

This store is really frustrating. They do not accept refunds after you buy something which is unreasonable. Furthermore, they did not highlight to the customer regarding the no refund policy. Very bad experience that I did not expect happening at the store in Dubai Mall. In addition, the sales representative provided false information regarding the product and the cashier was disrespectful when I tried claiming a refund.

STAY AWAY! overpriced, as soon as I brought the suitcase I found Dubai airport duty free sells the same brand same size but different color and pattern almost half the price, they do not allow me to return it, even I literally brought 1 minutes ago, very bad experience
