Patricia was such an accommodating host who was hands on and very clear with instructions and engaging and entertaining with her music and her charm everything flowed well as she had full control of the events great leader!

Excellent experience. We tried the splash room. Its a fun activity, my daughter enjoyed a lot. A good activity to relax and have some fun. Would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure We were helped and assisted by Klei, he was very helpful.

The worst customer service, apart from being expensive, they actually do not give you your art work the same time, will ask you to come and pick up the next day!!! We were not informed that we will have to come next day, and we are from Al Ain Then after long discussion they agreed to ship it to al ain, but it has been more than a week now i we have not received anything!!! Really frustrating

We did our twins 6th birthday ant Meraki and they loved it! The experience, the atmosphere, the venue and the food were all great. All the staff, the owners, the entertainers and the barista were all great with the kids and with us. An overall great experience for us and the kids.
