We bought our third carpet from Merinos and had excellent after sales service by Martin. He attending to our needs and concerns in a professional and caring way.
I bought a carpet from this shop , which the salesman told completely different price than when they deliver the carpet cash in hand if we like the carpet, never trust the shop again, its really disappointing when the salesman change his deal . Be careful of their cheap tactics. I will never buy again from this shop again.
Its been a wonderfull experience to visit this place. The consumer behavior is excellent more then enough specially the manager. And the products are extremely nominal and durable. Hope full to visit again soon.
