I took yoga and meditation classes at Metta Yoga Centre. Loved the way the instructors gave personal attention to resolve my health issues. Their style of coaching is amazing. the centre is aesthetically designed on a Balinese pattern and exudes positive vibes. once i am there, i just dont want to leave. i highly recommend Metta Yoga Centre for all those looking to do yoga and meditation.

Metta Yoga Center is fantastic!!! I live in Garhoud and the location is very convenient. They are on the 3rd floor of the Garhoud Community Center. The studio has a pleasant chi, I liked it right away. I take private classes. All the instructors are great!!! Rekha, Deepak and Chirag helped me to improve tremendously the last 4 weeks. I have massive neck and shoulder pain and tight hip flexors. Finally I found the perfect place where I receive the help I need. They cater to all levels and they have group classes as well. Zarah, the receptionist lady, is a sweetheart, too!
