One great bonus is their 5-year free rotation service: every 10,000 km, they’ll rotate your front and rear tires to extend their lifespan. I was looking for a supplier to replace all four of my tires when I came across MFIX Automotive Services on Google. I called the number provided and was pleasantly surprised to be assisted by Ms. Sreekutty, who was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to talk to. She quickly arranged and confirmed a schedule for the service. To my surprise, instead of me going to their shop in DIP, their team came directly to our building and completed the entire tire replacement in just 30 minutes. I truly appreciate Mr. Midhun, who handled the installation efficiently and even kindly offered me water. The convenience, professionalism, and hospitality were exceptional. Highly recommended!

Waiting time was extreme, despite an appointment I waited for 2 hours until my 4 tyres were changed. This should improve, especially if you are not a walk-in but have an appointment. Or else what‘s the point of booking an appointment, right? But besides that service, support, politeness and helpfulness of staff was exceptional! AND that at the best price among 4 workshops I compared. So definitely recommended!

I had my tires changed at this service center, and everything went great. The team worked very quickly. Excellent service with very reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s honestly a real gem among service centers in Dubai.
