Highly recommended Trustworthy Special, thanks to Mr.Shihab I had an issue with an order from Microless — I received a Lian Li Strimer ARGB cable without the controller, even though the product listing clearly showed it should be included. At first, I was frustrated, but I’m honestly very impressed by how their support team handled the situation. What an experience! Wow… out of words. I needed this product ASAP due to an upcoming trip in a few days. And Sarah was exceptional, due to her support & service I received the item in less than 18hours 🤯 … from Dubai to Jeddah. I recently got my PC repaired by Mircoless. Overall, I'm really happy with the service—everything is working fine now. The only small issue was that they forgot to put the PCIe slot backplate on the case. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, great experience! order number 853420 I didn’t receive a call from them informing me that my PC was ready. Additionally, since the system hadn’t been updated, I had to call the store myself to verify that it was there. but overall good service. However, they did reach out afterward to offer a call and compensation, which I appreciate.
