My Microsoft Surfacebook 2 from far off 2018 had developed a swollen battery which needed to be removed for safety reasons but even before that, I had to keep it permanently plugged in as it was not retaining charge. I had tried to find a repairer who would rescue it from a premature grave but was out of luck until by chance I found Microsoft Surface Repairs when looking online. I contacted MSR and they arranged pick up, diagnosis and repair. The Surfacebook 2 has two batteries and - not unsurprisingly - the other was also dead. After two new batteries, my Surfacebook is now resurrected and shall go on (I hope) to offer me several more years’ sterling service. Thank you, MSP! Outstanding service in all respects. Courteous, helpful, efficient and reliable in distinct contrast to previous repairers who it seems prefer dissembling to actual repairing. I’m very glad to write this deserved and glowing review.
