Good for small or big offices, studios space available as per your requirement with all facilities given by building owners. There is a small cafe shop available in each floor where you can take your snacks, coffee or lunch. The disadvantage of this building is the elevators or lift is very slow and you have to wait for very long time. Sometimes you need to wait for more than 15-20 minutes to get into the lift. There are 2 types of lift (1 only allows from Parking to 15th Floor and 2 allows from 16 to top floor). And 1 lift also available for labours to transfer the items to any floor.

Great office location. But always long wait for the elevator. Restaurants and Bank available on the ground floor. Walking accessible from Business Bay Metro Station.
It is very nice tower. Available parking for guests but chargable. AED 5 / hour But elevators are always crowded and busy. You have to wait for long time
