Truly the Best Hair Experience I’ve Ever Had! Hidden gem of a salon. I rarely write reviews, but this beauty salon absolutely deserves all the praise. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The team here is not only professional and highly skilled, but they also go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied with the entire experience. I booked a full treatment that included a hair dye, hair mask, haircut, and blow dry – and honestly, each step was handled with so much attention to detail that I left feeling transformed. We started with the hair dye, and I was seriously impressed by how thorough the consultation was. The stylist took time to understand the look I was going for and gave me helpful advice on undertones and what would complement my complexion best. The application was precise and incredibly neat – no dripping, no staining, just clean and professional. The color came out better than I could have imagined: vibrant, rich, and full of life, yet still natural-looking. I’ve had my hair colored at other places before, but never with this level of quality. After the color was set and rinsed, I was treated to a deep conditioning hair mask – and this was absolute heaven. My hair had been feeling dry from previous dye jobs, but this treatment worked wonders. The stylist massaged the mask in gently and let it sit while I relaxed. When it was rinsed out, my hair felt unbelievably soft, smooth, and healthy – as if it had never been dyed in the first place. It restored so much shine and bounce that I couldn’t stop running my fingers through it. Next came the haircut, and again, I was blown away. Just got my hair done at this salon and what an experience !!! Since the moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed. Very clean and stylish, cosy and lovely. Miled is auch a fun person to be around, funny and witty !! Listened to what I needed and with his team, made sure i got the hair I wanted 🥰 all the staff are super friendly, big shout out to Miled himself, Rodain and Brenda for being so thoughtful and taking care of me and my hair ❤️ and special thanks to Nelufar for the delightful cupcakes 😍 definitely recommending this place to all visitors or locals. I came to Miled & Hanan Salon with a hair disaster and he literally made a miracle on my head. I had red hair for a while around 5 months ago and then had it switch to the closest thing to blonde, which resulted in a mix of pink, dark brown, orange, and I dont know what else, but it was very uneven, roots were growing, and I had very fragile and damaged hair. This is what he had to work with... I found Miled online by searching "best hair coloring in Dubai" and I ended up booking one of the packages for the time I visited the UAE, and WOW. Literally, my hair was lifted so much, toned great and it looks and feels so so so much healthier (and just fyi the cut was my own choice as I wanted a new look but I couldve kept it much longer had I wanted). I recently went for a Brazilian Keratin treatment, but it wasn’t worth it. My roots were about 5cm long and that was the only area I wanted to work on. I was charged AED 700 for this 5cm, but guess what? After washing my hair 4 days later, my roots are still curly. The hairdresser didn’t even check my hair type before washing it and moved forward with the treatment. Mind you, on the phone I was told it would be AED 500 then suddenly it’s back to AED 700. I’m disappointed to be honest based on the reviews I’m seeing and how customers are satisfied, paying AED 700 for 5cm is a pure scam especially with the end result being useless. I am never going again and this salon is not recommended from my end. I must say it did make my hair softer, but it still remained curly.
