Lakshmi is truly exceptional! Right from the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. What stood out the most was the massage she did during the facial — it was hands down the best I’ve ever received. The pressure was just perfect, her techniques were so soothing, and it felt like every movement was done with care and intention. I could literally feel the stress melting away.
