He was extremely helpful and polite, guiding me through the product ranges and helping me pick the perfect gift for a friend. He had excellent knowledge of the items and was patient with my questions. Her positive attitude and customer-first approach made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Kudos to him and the entire Miniso team for maintaining such high service standards.
