One of the newly arrived singers has a very rude attitude towards clients and shows no understanding of customer service or basic respect. While the rest of the staff is extremely supportive and cooperative, her behavior is damaging the overall experience. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for clients, especially when management is investing so much to attract and retain them. Having staff like her can ruin all the hard work and money being spent. I hope this is addressed soon, as the place has great potential otherwise.

I visited this place with my friends and it has an amazing ambience! Everything from the food and the drinks and the service was amazing. The live singer was really nice. Overall, the place has a really nice vibe and I highly recommend you visit! They also do IPL screenings with special offers for IPL for cricket enthusiasts.

The team has been so welcoming from the moment we entered. Firstly the live musicians changed our mood, secondly the service of the f&b team especially “Ms. khushi “ is tremendous.
