I would rate them ZERO if possible. The site visit was scheduled by Ms. Liza two days in advance. However, on the day of the visit, no one showed up. The technical person who was supposed to attend was completely unaware of the appointment. To make matters worse, there was no communication or apology from their side, and none of my follow-up messages on WhatsApp were acknowledged after the call. Truly disappointing experience.

Mittal came to service my acs and supposedly cleaned all units including the ducts. A month later one of the acs started to blow thick fluff. I called the company and spoke to the same person who originally arranged for the team to come to my villa and she said she would update me by the end of the day. She did not! I call back the following day for an update and her response was “oh I thought my supervisor spoke to you. I will check and get back to you.” Once again no update and no response! Terrible and quite frankly unethical service. A total rip off

Service is amazing. They provide perfect services for a/c issues and plumbing. The most amazing part is when you call them anytime, they will provide a quick response. 👍👏😊

Very professional, they did a very nice work for the AC duct cleaning and used a good product for the duct as disinfectant after cleaning. The air is totally different now!
