Had a horrendous experience with one of their employee..Jonathan. I bought a glass protector for my new phone weeks prior. It came off within a week . I dropped by the booth across Samsumg at Dubai Mall a few days later and told the attendant that my glass protector fell off. I also told him that I may not have my invoice. His reply was no worries sir, we will replace the protector. Come back anytime. Fast forward 2 weeks, I went back to the booth with my invoice ( found it) and saw the same gentleman who sold and installed my screen protector. He immediately began to lecture me saying this was the second time I have come to replace my screen protector. I tried to tell him absolutely not but he insisted that this was my second time around. He then told me plastic protector had a life time warranty but not glass protector. My response to him was I was told mine would be replaced with no issues. He then took my receipt and refused to give it back to me saying that may come again to have it replaced. I had to be forceful for him to return my receipt not before he wrote exchanged 2x which was clearly not the case. He was rude, argumentative and accused his fellow employee of not knowing their job when they told me they would replace the protector that fell off. This gentleman needs a refresher on how to deal with clients as he is by far the rudest sales person I have ever met. Not only was he argumentative but he was calling me a liar as he kept insisting this was my second visit and change. I phoned back and spoke to the supervisor who assured me that this would be handled.

İ bought 100 dirhem phone case. Unfortunately i dropped my phone in an hour , just 1 m hight. And its scratced. So i went to this shop , i said this must go 1 year at least. And he said there is not guarentee. İ said , i want just change , not even refund. But they refused and said."you may complain where ever i want(politely ). And here i am i complain. You can buy different brand just 10 meters away . it is150 dirhem but they say if you broke with reasonable dropped like 3 meters . they change free of charge with receipt. İ advise you to go there.

One of the worst experiences ever. I fixed a screen protector through them, the salesperson confirmed there is a 2 month warranty, and when I went to replace it after it got off the phone, another salesperson said there is no warranty on screen protectors. After insisting to speak to the manager, he offered 50% off a new one. I refused as I have been deceived by the other salesperson who simply lied to me,I find it totally unacceptable and I will never deal with them again.

Customer service is very bad for Phonebook and Mobicom. The people there can't give a precise answer asked where the other branches are, only vaguely answering the mall names. Not even the name of the stall, aparently theres too many names affiliated under one company. Also asking the customers to adjust to their timings. I got my screen protector done on Dec 2022 in DCC and by March it was peeling off. I went back to DCC on a weekend only wanting to change my screen protector, but apparently only 1 person knows how to change the screen protector and he only starts working 4pm onwards - Why is it only 1 person. Why can't you have another on duty or better yet, why are your people trained to change the screen protector. Asked me to wait for another 5 hours just to change it or go to another mall. Few dyas later, I managed to find the booth in Mall of Emirates, but the guy says the machine is not working and asked me to go to DCC or Dubai Mall. What machine - I'm only asking you to change the screen protector - why do you need a machine to change it? Why arent you trained to change a screen protector?

I bought a replacement battery for my iPhone 6 in late August and its already dead. Mobicom told me it only had three months warranty (which expired 2 weeks ago), and that I had 'overcharged' the battery, so it was my fault. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!
