My experience there was very positive — the staff were kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. I was advised to use moon boots and crutches, and was referred to Ms. Emelie for assistance. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and approachable. She took the time to clearly explain how to use the equipment properly and made sure I felt comfortable. Best and fast service delivery and fitting in case you don't know the exact size. We purchased 2 different type of braces: the wrist immobiliser and the elbow support, both fitting and supporting perfectly. Ask for Amel's advise with regards to which orthotic braces fits best to you concern and pain. She is a very nice lady and gives you the best advise.
