If I could give minus stars I would. Don't order from this place. We ordered two boxes of mochi and they arrived hard, dry and stale. You can see the ice crystals on the outside. Inedible. We threw them out. No answer to messages, and no customer service number to complain. What a waste of time and money. It's pathetic.
Mochi arrived all melted. Taste average and I would not recommend. I got it as treat for my child birthday and we are very disappointed.
Not recommended. It’s not a mochi which you want to try. Tasteless. There are better places than this.
Moshi expérience.They took the liberty of changing my order and the worst thing of all is that after tasting each flavour I ended up throwing it all in the bin. I think the ice cream is frozen, thawed, defrosted and has ice crystals inside. It's dangerous and inedible.
Too bad this mochi tastes disgusting fake
