Amazing customer service from the Team. Especially Mr Talal. I had ordered a dryer from Sharaf DJ on the 20th of July which was promised to be delivered by the 24th. By the 27th Sharaf DG still hadn’t committed to a delivery date and had every time a different excuse why the order was delayed. I decided to cancel the service and placed an order with Carrefeour App on the 27th July at 11:00am in the morning. The Modern Star delivery team was super supportive and understanding and managed to deliver the machine on the same day within 4 hrs. I had been for 7 days without a dryer in a large household and laundry was piling up. Thanks to the team we have a fully functioning household again 🙏🙏🙏
I made the purchase through Carrefour and they were not able to give me a correct timeline for the delivery. However Mr. Thalha from Modern Star General Trading - the delivery agent made sure i got the delivery on right on time. Very friendly and prompt response. Very happy with the service.
