For anyone with kids, I want to highly recommend Ms Tara, Occupational Therapist at Monarch. I brought my son here for help with sensory processing issues and emotional regulation after struggling for years, and he was uncertain and a bit scared at first, but after only a few sessions he is so excited for the sessions, he enjoys the time with her and is willing to try new foods, learning new skills and showing an ability to manage his emotions better than before. You know when you find a good match it feels like a huge weight has been lifted, especially as a mother who worries about the wellbeing of her children. Tara and the whole Monarch team are the best ❤️

Dr Sarah lied to me about the diagnoses that she had written in my medical records. When I arranged a call to query the diagnosis, she said that she had lied so that I would not be upset and leave the clinic. No apology was given. The "therapy" I received was not useful and I saw no improvement. Once when I confessed something embarassing that I already felt ashamed about, Dr Sarah began to mock me. Furthermore, I was repeatedly pressured into taking medication after I had stated clearly that the medication prescribed was not helpful. The people who work at this clinic are manipulative and unempathetic, avoid this place at all costs.

My experience with Mobarch has been excellent. - the expertise is both personalized and extremely efficient with high levels of security. There is a lot of continuing holistic support with excellent administrative back up and I have no hesitation in recommending Monarch highly
