MONDOUX Café & Restaurant

Lovely little cafe to sit at and enjoy. The music is noticeable but not overbearing and the service is professional not pushy or fake. The food was nice. We ordered a beetroot halloumi and avocado toast which was nice and crisp and very fresh. The other plate we ate was a pesto gnocchi. The basil pesto was super fresh however the gnocchi was slightly mushy from too much moisture. We also tried a chocolate cup and it was a lovely sweet pot to finish our meals! Overall it’s a lovely space to be in and relaxing

We went for breakfast for four. Food was delicious and drinks were great too. We ordered plain toast with butter, avocado with eggs, croissant, Americano , Oreo milkshake and açaí berry smoothie. All came up to 230 AED. Jayson was extremely attentive and wonderful. Highly recommended and will be visiting again. My daughter has a nut allergy and they made sure all the food was handled with care. Thank you Jayson and Mondoux!

Good location. Quiet in the morning when we joined for breakfast available seating indoors and outdoors. Comfy chairs nice ambience good background music. Friendly staff. Menu looks very appetizing. Food didn't take long to be serve. We ordered blueberry pancake for my son as he requested and egg quesadilla for me. Quesadilla was ok, served with side salad. The sauce that goes with the quesadilla doesn't make sense it does not complement with the dish. My son did not like the pancake at all, it actually tasted weird like spoiled and very sour. the pancake itself was served cold and the blueberry sauce tasted like it came from the can. Only thing my son took was the cream on top and little edges of the pancake where theres no blueberry sauce. I ended up scraping the egg out from the quesadilla to feed him, that was ok. We finished my meal minus the sauce. We were not asked how was the food, so when i was paying i had to tell the server, she took the pancake to the kitchen and reported it. They offer to remove it from the bill but i refused. We just want them to be aware how it was served to us hoping for improvement.

Amazing experience! The atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch — especially from Dexter, who took great care of us. I had one of the best salads I’ve ever tasted — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!
