I purchased a pair of their glasses from Egypt in 2021, and by 2024, they had begun to wear out—no surprise, as they had become my favorite and most-worn pair. Naturally, I wanted to see if I could repair them, as they were still in great condition overall. After searching online, I discovered that Monogram Eyewear was based in Dubai, so I gave them a call to inquire about repairs. To my surprise, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Roben, who answered my call, was incredibly understanding and empathetic. Without hesitation, she shared her personal WhatsApp number and told me to contact her next time I was in Dubai so she could help me with the repair. She never asked for a receipt, didn't mention the expired warranty, and asked no questions—just pure, genuine customer care. A month later, I was in Dubai, and I messaged Roben. Despite being after work hours, she met me in front of Monogram’s headquarters, took my glasses, and instead of repairing them, she replaced them with a brand-new pair—no charge, no receipt required. I was blown away by their kindness and commitment to ensuring my happiness as a customer. I absolutely love these glasses, but this experience made me love the people behind Monogram even more.
