I wanted to upgrade my car and was worried about getting a fair price for my old one. Morya Cars gave me the best trade-in value compared to other dealerships. The process was seamless, and I was able to drive home in my new luxury car the same day! Highly recommended for anyone looking to trade in and upgrade!

Very slow and non reactive salespeople/managers (I’m not sure who was who as they were all over the place). It seems like they don’t wanna sell their cars for some odd reason. They take a while for pretty much anything you ask them and then try to turn the situation around to make it seem like the issue is not from them. Tried to send a car that we were highly interested in for a full check-up at the main Al Tayer centre, they kept stalling about literally every single detail (arrival time-estimated time of the full check-up,etc). Very unprofessional to the point where they couldn’t even properly scan and send us an invoice for around 3-4 days (after paying a deposit). We asked them to change the price on the invoice as we agreed on a certain price in person, took them 2 business days just to, at the end, change it with a correction pen and write over it instead of typing the whole thing and scanning it. And never expect a good scan by the way, the only thing you will receive is an obstructed picture taken rashly with no second thought to professionalism. Be careful when you make a deal with them, especially when it’s a deposit regarding the damage of the cars. If they have the chance, they will try to rip you off. Their cars look generally clean and in somewhat good condition (you will have to go check in person), unfortunately the one we looked at required some more internal work which I think they couldn’t handle but by pure laziness as it really felt like they were not willing to work. Procrastinating everything is a very bad business model and that is why I would highly not recommend their services. Stay safe.
