I have been a loyal customer of Mostafawi since the 1990s, and I have always had positive experiences with the company. However, my recent experience at the Sheikh Zayed Road showroom was very disappointing. I visited the showroom three times to discuss a very specific design that I had in mind for my carpets. I repeatedly asked the staff if my design could be executed, and they assured me that it could. Two different employees confirmed this to me, and one even brought in a technical staff member to assure me that it was not a challenge at all. After I had picked out curtains to match the carpet design, I paid the full price and explained the detailed design requirements to the two employees via WhatsApp. I did this to document the discussion and ensure that I would not be disappointed. After weeks of delays, the employees confirmed to me that the design I had agreed on could not be executed. However, they insisted on coming over to install the wrong design anyway. I refused, and requested a refund as per our initial agreement. Initially, they negotiated to install the curtains only and refund me for the carpet. I told them that the curtains were of no use to me because their color and pattern were matched to the carpet. After this, they stopped communicating with me. I escalated the matter to their management, hoping to get a better answer from someone who understands customer service and respects long-time loyal customers. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The manager refused to refund me for the carpets, claiming that the material had already been cut for both items, even though I had never approved any designs or selected trim colors. I have a clear WhatsApp message to them saying that I would request a full refund if the design could not be executed. I am very disappointed to see such a well-established company with a history of customer loyalty destroy its own reputation like this. Worst experience ever, horrible quality and not trustworthy. DON’T waste your money. The carpets are off brand and don’t last. They charge you for everything and are super rude, did my carpets and curtains there and I regret that I have to deal with such people. Chasing them for a quote and then messing up my order. Trust me go to dragon mart lol

This company has very unprofessional people working in it. You will have to keep on chasing them for your order or quotes. They keep on telling you lies on the promises they made. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
