Move Dubai

I have worked with many moving service providers over the past seven years since I've been here in Dubai, but these guys are the best. They are very quick, professional, and reasonably priced! I am a recurring customer and can only recommend them.

Terrible service. They arrived an hour late, refused to pack all the items, told me I should’ve taken a pic of every SINGLE item and a video, then charged more than we initially agreed on. They promised to return later that day to fix what they left and didn’t show up. They kept referring me to each other, deliberately causing delays, saying they’re coming at 4pm then 6 then 9, and lying about why they’re late again. (First traffic, then forgetting the ladder). They fixed the curtains all wrong (see pics, can’t close it). Lastly, they broke my travel bag and still overcharged me. Unreliable, never on time, disorganized and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend, a waste of time and money.

I had an amazing experience with the company. I booked it last minute as I had purchased a massive rug without considering the dimensions. When I reached out to move Dubai, they not only were quick to respond but also reached my place in an hour with two professionals (Awais and Rashid) who were able to lift and fit this in my bedroom. They also were able to cut and customise the rug to make it an exact fit. Really happy and impressed by their work.

If there is a zero star I would have given them. This company is dishonest, claimed that they have a “closed” truck but they sent me an open one, by the time they reached the second destination my appliances were boiling hot from the sun. They sent me two random guys from a random moving company in Sharjah, two guys ONLY to move from a 2 bed to a villa. I would not recommend, steer away from them!
