Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the moving service I received. Prior to the move, the coordination team appeared highly professional, and communication was smooth. This gave me high expectations for the quality of your company's service. Unfortunately, the actual moving process was a complete letdown. The movers were shockingly unprofessional in how they packed my belongings: Clothes and shoes were carelessly thrown into the same box without any separation or protection. Cosmetics and medications were dumped into boxes like trash — with no care or organization. When I raised these concerns with the coordination team, the only response was to send the movers back. But everything had already been delivered to the new location, and the damage was done. What exactly is the point of them coming back? To watch me sort through the mess they created? To stand there while I show them how poorly they did their job? It’s insulting. This experience was incredibly frustrating and entirely unprofessional. It completely destroyed my trust in your company. If this is the standard of service you provide, I cannot and will not recommend your company to anyone. I strongly urge you to take serious action to address the clear lack of training and accountability within your moving team. This is unacceptable.

Rewaz and his team did a great job helping me move to new apartment studio. I have fridge, washing machine, curtains, bed, table and chairs and lots of clothes and random stuff. I literally didn’t need to do anything and they packed efficiently and safely for all my things. Highly recommend their service!
