Firstly I want to say that the two agents who directly helped me both with the original booking and planning process and then on the day when there were issues with customs were really great. They really pushed hard to get my cats moved and to keep them safe and I appreciate their efforts immensely. However I will say that over all the Move one costs were insane. I moved my cats from Malawi to Jo'burg and then boarded them in joburg for 8 weeks as well as the export from SA costs (including their actual flights) with a different company and that whole stage cost less than just the Move One Import into Cameroon costs. The Move one invoice also says it covers customs costs and then the day my cats were already in on the plane and in the air on the way to cameroon Move One sent me a huge bill for "additional customs costs" and its still very unclear what these where. I requested a break down of the costs but have not received it yet. I would probably use them again mostly because there are very few options in Cameroon but I would warn people that the costs are very high and not always clear from the get go!

Move One took brilliant care of our dog on a complicated cargo move from Congo to Thailand. They provided clear information and support at every step and kept us constantly updated during the move itself, taking special care of Cashew throughout her journey.

Have just used them to pack our house into three shipments going to different places and some items staying behind. They were very professional in the proposal/quotation process with excellent communication skills and regular contact. The team who did the packing over two days were very professional and asked questions if they were unsure where something was going, rather than making assumptions.
