The hotel is small and quaint. Facilities are more than sufficient. Well kept and most importantly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are the soul of the hotel. At reception I was greeted with warm, helpful staff. Who made a lot of effort to welcome me and made me feel at home. Im glad im here. Food is decent could use some alterations day to day. But I guess that is what Hotels do. As people do not stay longer than 2 - 3 days. Ive been checked in here for 7. Breakfast gets a little repetitive after the 3rd day. P.s. most of the staff is nice and kind hearted except Jason who is rather tighly wound. Hussain, Patrick and Phyo from housekeeping have been doing a great job of keeping things tidy. They were all exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring every detail was just right. I highly recommend Mövenpick to anyone looking for high-quality food and outstanding service. My recent visit to Somerset was truly exceptional, thanks to the remarkable team who consistently deliver service of the highest standard. The ambience was warm and inviting, but what truly set the experience apart was the hospitality shown by the staff. A special mention goes to Jawed, whose professionalism and genuine kindness instantly make you feel at ease. Zin’s attentiveness and care added a personal touch throughout the evening, while Sevara’s warmth and friendliness created such a positive atmosphere. Sky also deserves praise for his excellent service. Together, they embody what hospitality should be — making Somerset not just a place to visit, but a place to return to. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the breakfast! The spread was impressive, with a great variety of continental options — but I have to say, the croissants were buttery and tasty. What really stood out to me, though, were the fresh juices. The watermelon juice in particular was so refreshing — I couldn’t get enough of it! 🌟🌟🌟 A big thank you to the lovely team members Devi, Bhawana, Nabina, Nischal, Aishu’s, Griffin, Imti & Syam who made each morning such a pleasant experience ❤️ They were attentive, warm, and genuinely kind.
