This place needs too be more secure and organized for the guests that are going cruise. Is extremely unpleasant to see all this taxi drivers trying to exploit the tourists and zero security to report it. Missing information for travelers we haven't seen any public transportation anywhere around wich is making your life very difficult. The only way to describe it is that Missing management is huge here a shame for Dubai.

My comment on the same MSC Opera Cruise is that the reception staff, along with the captain, I can almost guarantee they don't care about the guests. We faced difficulty getting off at one of the stations, and they dropped us off at another without any respect, appreciation, or compensation. They have a receptionist who understands like a donkey, and probably understands more than him. They don't even bother with Muslims or Arabs. I tried Freedom, which was much better, and compensation is ready for any situation. Here, it's impossible for them to apologize or compensate.
