We took MSC Opera Ship from Dubai to Oman and Abu Dhabi. It was 7 days cruise. We purchased 2 inside cabins for 3 people as they did not had available cabin which could hold 3 people. We got upgraded to 2 windows cabin next to each other. It was nice surprise. Oman was very interesting place, Abu Dhabi city and Island as well. The Opera ship is a bit old but very well maintained. It is smaller ship so easy to move around. It had a Very nice entertainment, Dancers, singers... Some waiters in the Buffet place were very slow, lazy and not responding if asked to clean and bring something. Definitely there were shortage of staff. We has some issue with fridge in the cabin and we got compensated by bottle of champagne. Customer service was very responsive and solve always any issue when they arise. I will highly recommend MSC Cruises for everyone who like to see Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman. It is luxury swimming hotel and it is great to wake up in new city everyday! You don’t need to check in and check out from hotels, you dont travel by road getting stuck in traffic. Balcony cabin will be a advantage as the views are wonderful. Lots of amazing sunsets! As well they have route including Qatar and Bahrain. I highly recommend this route and MSC! You are welcome To ask me anything ...

Meraviglia from Port Canaveral, Florida- Nassau, Bahamas, Ocean Cay island, Belize, Cozumel, Mexico- and back to Port Canaveral. We had a great time , nice ship, but all system as tips included, was not too exacting for all our friends and family. No one on a rush to help you, stuff looks busy, but very slow. Food was average , until you go to a reserved prior restaurants. For dinner , was difficult to find a table for 8 people, every single time we needed to come later then regular sitting and wait for a manager to find empty table for us. Otherwise, just a few shows . I found interesting only one. No skating rink. Waterslides were busy all the time, and difficult to find empty sunbed, even though there was plenty in a stock . Spa is great, but too expensive. Kids room was always busy and my 5 years old son loved it!

I read all the bad reviews about MSC, but still, we liked the route and the fact that it was a short cruise, safe for us to try as first time cruises. But I had to write this. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this one I want to write. Because to say that it was a disappointment is an understatement. It was awful. I would give it Zero stars if there was such option. The only things that we liked are the destinations- we went to Doha and Bahrain. That’s it. Nothing else is good. The food was really bad. The service was always uncaring, the mob of people everywhere. It is too crowded. The people are awful too. This is NOT a luxury cruise. I don’t know. Maybe because we never were on a cruise before, I didn’t know what to expect and what is expensive and what is not. Maybe it is a cheap cruise. And hence the service and the people and the crowds. But even if you get something inexpensive, you still want to get decent service and quality. Breakfast was awful, disgustingly. We like breakfasts in hotels, but this one we avoided after seeing and trying it on the first day. Noisy everywhere. Other people seem to be enjoying it, so I have to admit, that maybe I have too high of standards, maybe all cruises are like this. But to me, you have to be really strange person, to enjoy this. In short: it is way too crowded, awful and unhelpful service from all the staff members, the rooms are tiny, the food (I thought an Italian company should have good food) was really bad. The only places where food was ok are the specialty restaurants. They were always empty, even though they were inexpensive at all. People just preferred free restaurants I guess. Sometimes I was thinking - you have to really try hard to be this bad and try to make it bad for people ON Purpose to be this bad. The rules are strange, on board the ship. You have to stay in queue for everything. Some of this was avoidable if they just tried to make it more convenient for people. But they don’t. We never u...
