The service and the food are not good. The staff isn't professionnel. I always receive cold food and not fresh at all. When I wanted to complain, I tried to call the reception, there's no answer. Now I want to talk to the manager, but she doesn't want to share if we don't remove the review. This is unacceptable and not good. How can the girl threaten me if I do not remove my rating here? She did not send me anything again and she will not make me talk to the manager. What is this?

Cheaters, when I ask they said they have shawarma. But when the item came, it’s just cooked chicken and some vegetables inside a tortilla.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Going Back! Went to this restaurant today and had a terrible experience. I ordered appam and egg curry, and it took forever to arrive. When it finally came, the egg curry was cold and tasteless – clearly not fresh or heated properly. I asked the waiter for chutney, and he casually told me they don't have chutney – only to bring it a few minutes later. And guess what? When I went to pay the bill, they had the audacity to charge me for that chutney – something I didn’t even order separately and wasn’t told would be extra. That is completely ridiculous and dishonest. If this is how they treat customers, I’m never going back. Food was bad, service was worse, and charging for something they initially said they didn’t have? Shameful.
