Called them a month ago to have a look at our refrigerator as its making loud noises and even stop chilling. They came to assess but didn’t even open up the fridge yet told us that the ‘sensor’ is broken and they would come again with the tool to replace it. We paid them 75dhs for the assessment. Few days later, we tried to reach out to them to expedite the repair but the ghost us completely. Disappointing. We reached out to another technician and found out that nothing’s wrong and we just need to defrost our fridge for a day to drain it as ices are building up on the motor. So in conclusion, these guys gave us false diagnosis!! I regret reaching out to these guys, taking our money without even a proper assessment and ghosting us at the end.
