Had a very early AM flight overseas, with 9 pieces of luggage, a wheelchair bound individual, and a pet. Not an easy task to move through the airport. I have booked a meet and greet service and at the last minute they cancelled on me leaving my client without assistance when they assured and confirmed it was booked, and charged for the service. I kept asking for the details of the meeting point and the person that will be meeting my client and they kept saying they're working on it, finally when i got the details the phone number i got was of a person that had no clue about the service and didn't know what i was talking about. I have received my refund but the damage has been already done. Disappointed.
