Music District

Finally, I found a string instruments workshop (others than for guitars) in Dubai. My violin has not played for 10 years and it needed a thorough care. Rajiv was knowledgeable and suggested to change the 4 cords. He checked my bows and readjusted the bridge, all within 2 hours without appointment. Neat work!! I was also touched by a series of beautiful violins of all sizes from 1/8 to 4/4 that showed case there. Note that the workshop was a bit hidden on the mezzanine of another shop in Al Quoz. So maybe an exterior sign announcing this elegant name of “Music District” would be useful.

I finally found a place I can trust to buy a piano, just when I had given up hope. This place has a lot of options. Unlike other shops, the pianos are stored in temperature controlled warehouses and taken good care of. The prices are reasonable. The prices include delivery, tuning and 1 year warranty. And they are very good at moving the piano without damaging. I love my piano. I had been looking for a piano for a very long time and could only find warehouses that mistreat their pianos.
