So, I bought this guitar from this company without knowing much about them. I only checked the reviews after, and let me tell you, I was freaking out! Reviews were saying the stuff like the gear were rusty, broken, and the customer service was terrible. I got an opportunity to see how their customer service was. I emailed them, messaged them on WhatsApp, and even submitted a ticket, but no luck with live chat. I was assumimg, the bad reviews might were true. Luckily, they got back to me on Monday (Sunday didn't count). I told them I wanted a refund, and they initiated it right away. I actually ordered the same guitar again because I forgot to use a discount code on my first order. Hopefully, they're taking these bad reviews seriously now. Fingers crossed, I'll update once I get my guitar. Update: I received the guitar today. The packaging was done well with soft bubble wrap and the guitar is brand new, no any flaws.

Amazing service, Amazing people, They are the ones you should seek out to for any kind of equipment or even technical support experts. Jay, was my technical expert throughout the process of picking the right choice, to carefully building a package catering to all necessary wires and explaining each step, to successfully delivering on time even though we were crunched . They not only give you honest suggestions specific to your needs but are warm and patient to all your enquiries. To add to all of these, you really can not match their prices that they offer! Amazing! Hight recommend!!!

I wanted to buy some items for my piano but wasn’t able to find them on Amazon or Virgin Megastore. I researched and found MusicMajlis, at first I was skeptical whether I could place an online order with them or not, but decided to go anyway after reading very good reviews about it. The order arrived earlier than anticipated, perfectly packaged, and the whole experience was buttery smooth. Thank you guys!

Two stars for setting wrong expectations on delivery dates. It took you almost a week to deliver - being informed by the company “if not today, tomorrow morning” almost everyday. And delivering products very late at night too!

Not worth the time checking these guys. More than half of the items listed are not available. If you start chatting with them, they do not even have the courtesy to greet and have a respectful conversation. I did couple of purchases, the guitar and the amp came with faulty/scratchy knobs..I guess old stock. Overall, bad experience. Will never buy from them again.
