We are so happy we found My Buddy Pet Care! Teddy absolutely adores going to the wonderful day care and boarding! We have tried quite a few doggy day cares but the big difference between my buddy is the amount of communication we receive. At least 3 videos and many pics each day which and as obsessed pet parents we LOVE all the updates. We are so happy so thank you My Buddy Pet Care 🐾🐶🤎

My Buddy @ DIP is absolutely fantastic! The ladies on reception are always so accommodating and so very helpful. Even at short notice they always try to accommodate our requests. The video and photo updates are fabulous and we look forward to seeing them to check he is ok. When you hand over your fur baby, you want to know that they are being loved and looked after and the My Buddy team goes above and beyond. John loves his staycations there, from the pool parties to other festivities he always has a great time. It's a great place for him to make friends and socialise! We can't recommend them enough and wouldn't take John anywhere else!.

We can’t thank the team at My Buddy Pet Care enough for the incredible care they gave to our dog, Joey, over the past two years. He was always excited to go there, which speaks volumes about how happy and comfortable he felt with them. The team were warm, professional, and truly treated Joey like one of their own. They provided personalised attention, always kept us in the loop with regular photo updates and messages, and went the extra mile whenever he was unwell, always letting us know straight away and ensuring he got the care he needed. When it came time for Joey to return to the UK with us, My Buddy coordinated directly with our pet travel agent, even taking him to one of his appointments using their own trusted taxi service, completely free of charge. It took a huge weight off our shoulders at a very busy time. We are so grateful for the love and care they gave Joey: we wouldn’t trust anyone else. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! Positives: - The team is incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Fatima and Ms. Feya. - My dog always enjoys his time there and comes back smelling amazing. - One of the things I really appreciate is their attention to detail. They keep a close record of all his meals and promptly reach out if they notice even the slightest concern. - They even hand-feed him when he’s being fussy with his food. - And not forget the pool and fun pictures they keep sharing. Truly happy with the care they provide.
