I placed an order (order 2199) on your website last April 7, and as of today, I have yet to receive it. I regularly purchase perfumes from various suppliers, and unfortunately, your company has been the slowest in terms of order fulfillment. I would like to know if there are still plans to deliver my order. If so, please provide a specific update or tracking information. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve your processing and timelines!
I received a wrong order, however they were extremely helpful in getting it sorted as soon as possible. Great quality as well
