I can’t recommend Ploto Pets enough! The customer service is absolutely top-notch, the staff are not only professional, but genuinely passionate about what they do. The owner and management are always present and involved, making sure every detail is perfect. It’s clear they’re true pet lovers who treat every fur baby like their own. The facility itself is spotless and so well-maintained. I felt completely at ease leaving my pet there. My fur baby had such a great time, they didn’t even want to leave when I came to pick them up! It’s rare to find a place where you feel 100% confident that your pet is being loved and cared for. Ploto Pets is that place! Added bonus is the number of videos and pictures we received for our baby which made us even more at peace knowing he’s having a great time!! We left our dog Milo at Ploto for 10 months while preparing his travel to the US, and we couldn’t have asked for better care.
