So love that they offer different timings/schedules that can fit even in busy schedules! Highly recommended! A very professional studio, after trying the course under the recommendation of a friend, fell in love with Pilates deeply! The teachers is very professional and patient, and has helped me a lot. After more than a year of practice, I have gradually become strong and The shape of the body are getting better and better. When you take more and more courses, you will find that you have made progress every time.

My experience at MyGlow Pilates Studio was amazing. As a beginner in Pilates, I attended my fourth class and tried MyGlow for the first time. The instructor, Renee, who also happens to be the owner, was incredibly supportive and friendly. She tailored the class to suit the varying levels of attendees, ensuring everyone felt included and challenged appropriately. Renee led a comprehensive full-body workout, What stood out was the variety of exercises we practiced; unlike other studios where moves can feel repetitive. The class environment was intimate with 6 reformers, allowing Renee to focus on each of us individually. She continuously corrected our posture and ensured we performed each move correctly. The parking was convenient, right in front of the studio, and the entire space was clean and aesthetically pleasing, Highly recommend!
