I have been going to this gym for 3 weeks now, and I am beyond happy with the experience. I want to especially thank my trainer Taya ❤️, who has been an incredible support on my fitness journey. Her knowledge and valuable tips have been game-changers for me. She knows how to make workouts fun and engaging, which keeps me motivated every session. After having two kids, my goal was to lose fat and build muscle, and with her guidance and follow-up, I have already lost 1 kg of fat and gained 1 kg of muscle in just 3 weeks. Her cheerful personality and understanding of exactly what I need make her more than just a trainer—I consider her a friend. Without a doubt, I will be extending my subscription with her! Every workout with her is the perfect blend of fun and serious hustle—she really knows when to push me and when to crack a joke to keep things light. Ruba has completely changed how I view gym time; it’s not just a routine, it’s the highlight of my day. Big thanks to Ruba for not just being an awesome coach but a fantastic person to be around!

My journey with coach eman was amazing . For someone who never exercised in regular bases am surprised by how much better I feel after my sessions. Highly recommended

My partner & I started working with Ali a month ago and we are very happy. We have a fairly long journey to reach our fitness goals but already with Ali's help we are feeling confident and capable to reach them. He is fair, understanding & flexible. He will also push you when you need it! The gym at DSO is great too, a lot of effort has gone into the aesthetics and equipment provided. Thanks to Ali & team, so far so good 👍👍

Ruba best trainer less than one month and the result was positive,she is very professional and eager to work ,and take care too much I recommend her as per real experience to take more sessions with here if you want to fast and best result .
