Nad Al Shiba veterinary Hospital has been my go to vet ever since the nightmare of an emergency i had experienced with my Bunny. They were very quick to respond and come in the hospital even at 2am in the morning. Experts with rabbits! Very passionate with their jobs! My Rabbit loves them I love them! ✨✨✨

I had an excellent experience at Nad Al Shiba Veterinary Clinic. Booking the appointment was easy through their website, and they were able to get us in the next day, which was great. The clinic was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Raihan took the time to thoroughly examine my bird, explain the possible causes of her symptoms, and offered several treatment options with clear pricing. The technician was also very gentle with her. I felt confident in the care my bird received, and I will definitely return if needed. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff made me and my dog feel comfortable and at ease right away. The vet was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of the examination and treatment process. My dog had a minor surgery, and I was kept updated throughout, with clear post-care instructions. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure my pet’s well-being and recovery. The clinic itself is spotless, with a calm and inviting atmosphere that makes visits more pleasant for both pets and owners. I really appreciate their transparency with pricing and the fact that they offer payment options. I trust them completely with my pet's health, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care. Excellent service all around!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The staff at this vet COULDN’T CARE LESS about animals. I came across this sick, wounded fluffy cat which has clearly been dumped and is not equipped for the streets. I asked the staff if they could help me grab him so I could bring him into their clinic asap as I badly want to help this cat who is not in a good way. Initially they told me ‘no we do not have this service’, I was not expecting a ‘service’! I was simply expecting somebody who works at a vet with a little compassion who works with animals would be willing to just help me grab this sick cat considering this cat is usually sitting literally right in front of their clinic!! The following day I received a message from them saying that they would like to assist me in catching this cat and that I should let them know in any way how they can do so. So I went to go and look for this cat that night and found him in the car park directly next to the clinic, so I went inside the clinic and asked them to help me, they declined even though they had reached out to me and offered to help me??! I was unable to catch this cat alone as he’s very scared and running away, all I needed was just one person to help assist me and I probably would have been able to catch him. I called the clinic frantically as the cat was literally passing by the clinic. The staff told me ‘sorry we have a client’. I was more than happy to be a client of theirs as they were already in the know that I was wanting to bring this cat to the clinic and I was happy to pay for his fees for whatever was needed. They treated me as if I was a poor idiot. The only person from the clinic who offered to help me was their client! Whilst several staff were just standing around with their arms crossed doing nothing watching me struggling and needing help. These people are just merely there to receive a salary. They don’t have any compassion or empathy for animals. It’s completely shameful, how could anybody...
