I booked a 45-minute Moroccan bath and a 45-minute foot reflexology session. While the foot massage was relaxing and well done, I was very disappointed with the Moroccan bath. The therapist did not seem trained in the proper Moroccan bath process—it was rushed and finished in just 30 minutes. She lacked knowledge of the traditional techniques, which made the experience feel incomplete and not worth the time or cost. I hope the spa takes steps to train staff properly to meet customer expectations.
Hands from God. Me and my wife got Coupels Massages and we were completely satisfied. Also got the bath and they catered to us like a mother to a child. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The massage was amazing, Sofia was a professional and skilled massager, and the receptionist Shoaib was friendly and respectful - thank you!
