The customer service at this travel agency was extremely disappointing. We had booked a trip to a temple and were instructed to arrive at 9:30 AM as the bus was scheduled to depart at 10 AM. However, we were kept waiting until 11 AM. It was clear that the staff had no regard for our time, regardless of whether we were fasting or not. It is essential for businesses to understand the importance of prompt and efficient service. They didn’t even apologized 🤷‍♂️

Really very bad service and the team members didn’t give proper information. I bought a ticket from Namaste travel and after few days I knew that I need to do PCR test while travelling from china however they didn’t give information and more then 6times I followup with Namaste travel staff and still they are saying I am checking and get back to you but nobody get me back until today date. I recommend to all Nepalese brother and sister please donot purchase the ticket from this travel.
