I’ve had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with NAS Insurance. My claim for an emergency treatment was rejected three times with unreasonable justifications, despite the clear medical necessity. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has shown no genuine interest in resolving the issue. This kind of service is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of support and logic in their process is unacceptable. I will make sure my company is informed, and I’ll strongly push for us not to renew with NAS. Very disappointed. FOLLOWING THIS: (after they asked me to contact them and they didn’t do anything) This has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. My claim has been declined FIVE times, despite clear medical documentation from my doctor confirming a severe allergic reaction with all symptoms listed. Their medical team rejected my claim on the basis that an antihistamine injection is “not the first line of treatment”, which is factually incorrect — antihistamines are the standard for allergic reactions. And even worse, they didn’t bother to explain what they believe the “first line treatment” should have been! Their customer service has been completely unhelpful and dismissive, with no proper justification, no accountability, and a total disregard for patient care. They’ve even ignored my follow-up comments without explanation. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this provider — horrible service, zero transparency, and deeply frustrating.
The most terrible service in the entire UAE l, I am wondering how such company can be approved to deal within the medical sector, humans life is their last priority, their main goal is to save money regardless the situation of the patient, I am been following up since 23 days for hernia procedure to my little son. I called and followed up over 15 times and every time they seek the same radiology report and doctor report without any progress, they are failures and the medical team not eligible to be called doctors nor even bauchers. The most terrible experience I ever faced, strongly recommending people to not deal with them as you gonna suffer till the last blood drop.
Edit : Post escalation, received call from the senior in customer service. He took action and got the settlement processed. This is an example of turning a disgruntled customer to delight. Well done. poor service and incompetent staff. Claim of mine was approved and pending for settlement for over 3 weeks. The staff washing their hands stating that they processed and approved the claim. Settlement is with direct insurance company after recent change in the process. Can not connect to insurance company, no information about next steps, no escalation process. Unfortunately, this is type of insurance company available in the market. Zero customer empathy.
Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended at All. Extremely disappointed! The approval process is ridiculously slow – it takes forever without any proper updates or communication. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid this at all costs. I would not recommend this to anyone. You’ll only end up suffering through endless waiting. Terrible service!
Worst insurance experience ever. I’ve been struggling for two weeks just to get an approval for an MRI on a knee, which is necessary to investigate a possible joint/ligament issue of my helper. Despite the request coming from a doctor after an X-ray and a failed course of anti-inflammatory treatment, the insurance continues to reject the approval—insisting instead on “proper medication” without offering a clear path to diagnosis. This ongoing pain and limited mobility are not being taken seriously, and the lack of support is beyond frustrating. Honestly, I would be ashamed to work for a company that shows so little care for people’s health and wellbeing
