We are not part of your firm yet, but have been receiving calls from your company from an individual. My colleague was talking to him and as we already have an existing insurance provider, politely informed him that he may send an email and we will contact in case we are looking for an option in the future. To that he replied, let me know if you are interested else I do not wish to waste my time. This is preposterous! How can a customer service talk to an HR personnel like that? Kindly train your staffs in being polite over the phone. We understand the market is low and it is difficult to get the numbers but it shouldn't reflect with the potential clients.

Worst insurance company they don't know how to behave with their customers people like Gaurav are unfit should know what is called service with their customers even if they are small or big. We strongly recommend not to deal with them.

Worst insurance company by far, I just had a horibble experince with car insurance. cheaters, and I leant that from emails with many people in this company about my issue, that it is a policy not an indiviual act. I strongly recommend not to deal with them.
