Very bad experience with one of the staff named Marielle, filipina lady. She was asking rude question to the patient and forcing her to talk clearly even when the patient was having seizures! Very very bad experience!!!

On 05/22/2025, a call came in at approximately 04:09 PM on the number 998. The girl was screaming and talking to the employee about her mother having a seizure. The employee asked for the address and the girl gave it to him. Naturally, she screamed and said, "I want an ambulance." What would have happened if the employee told her the ambulance was on its way, and then took the information and reassured her that the ambulance was on its way?? This is evidence that he has no duty and does not know how to deal with the public. The girl was agitated and the employee told her, "If you want, we will serve you, and if you don't want, look for another one and go." The call was disconnected. Then the girl called again and they did not answer her.?? Is this reasonable?? I had to call the police to send me an ambulance, then they called the ambulance, we said hello, they opened the line but they completely ignored the call and talked to someone who had it. After that, I took her to Dubai and provided her with emergency care in Dubai. May God honor Dubai and Dubai ambulances. This criticism is to improve the level of services you provide to citizens. I live in Umayyah and I had to provide emergency care to my wife in Dubai. I wish they would send a doctor with the ambulance. A nurse who has no authority to give anything is scary. What good will it do us if it's an emergency and they tell you to go to the hospital? I mean, even if you save money and go to the hospital, you'll die where you are.
