The staff here are in general nice enough but the bureaucracy is excessive- it can be extremely time consuming, inflexible and frustrating. Expect a lot of time spent waiting in the branch, forms requiring to be signed in person and multiple in person visits to the branch being needed to get the simplest things done (collect cheque, open and manage company account, arrangements to have cheques forwarded etc. etc.). There are better banking options. It is a pity for NBQ as a smaller bank should be positioned to move much more nimbly and flexibly to support their customers. As always- do your own research (DYOR) and your mileage may vary (YMMV). Writing this for future customers evaluating the bank, and in the hope that management may at some point read this and make some improvements. Best wishes to whoever reads this.

Quite literally the worst bank. Avoid at all costs. They charge 50 Dirhams per local transfer and charge for anything and everything. Online banking doesn’t work. I had to make multiple trips to the bank for the smallest of things. Just go to any other bank but don’t bank here
