"I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service provided by this company. They completely failed to deliver my passport on time, leaving me stuck with unnecessary delays. It’s a complete waste of time dealing with them, and their utter lack of professionalism is shocking. Not only did they fail to meet the promised timeline, but their customer service is non-existent, and there is no accountability for their mistakes. This company seems to have no regard for their customers' time or needs. To make matters worse, I had a family emergency – my father had a heart attack and was in India while I am in Dubai. It was absolutely crucial for me to be by his side, but due to this company's failure to provide my passport on time, I was unable to travel and be with him. Tragically, my father has now passed away, and yet this company continues to withhold my passport, leaving me stranded and unable to attend his funeral. This is beyond unacceptable. The lack of empathy, urgency, and customer care is appalling. I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. They are unreliable, disorganized, and completely untrustworthy. Their actions have caused irreparable harm, and they should be held accountable for the pain and suffering they've caused."
